These terms are an agreement between Leadvet ("we", "us"), and the business that signs up for Leadvet ("you"). By requesting access, uploading a file or paying for a plan, you agree to them on behalf of your business. If you don't have authority to bind your business, don't use Leadvet.
Leadvet takes lead files you upload or send to us, such as event badge scans, webinar exports and vendor files. It cleans and de-duplicates them, applies the rules you set, and prepares or sends records to the CRM or marketing automation system you connect. It is for business use only.
Before you subscribe, you may upload one file for a free check that shows summary results. We delete that file and its results 7 days after upload unless you subscribe. The free check comes with no warranty or support commitment.
Fees are shown at checkout and paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Your workspace opens once payment clears. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Fees exclude taxes, which we add where required.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded, including for unused time or files.
If you think a charge is wrong, reply to your invoice email before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer, and give us 14 days to resolve it. If a payment is reversed or disputed, we may suspend access until it is settled.
You own the lead files and records you give us ("your data"). You control what personal data is in them and why it is used; we process it only to provide Leadvet to you and as set out in our data processing agreement.
You confirm you have the right to give us your data, including any notice or consent the law requires from the people in it. We delete your data within 30 days after your subscription ends, except the decision log, which you can export before then.
We may create aggregated, anonymised statistics from use of Leadvet, such as average usable rates by vendor type. These statistics never identify you, the people in your data, or your vendors by name to anyone else, and we own them.
Leadvet's consent rules are a starting point based on our reading of privacy and anti-spam laws. They are not legal advice and may not cover your situation. You decide which rules to use, and you remain responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your marketing.
You must not:
Leadvet, including its software, rules, templates, screens, documentation, website and the Leadvet name and logo, belongs to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active. Any feedback you give us we may use freely.
When you connect HubSpot, Marketo or another service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or limits in services we do not run.
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for this agreement, except where the law requires disclosure.
We will provide Leadvet with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, Leadvet is provided as is, and we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Check results before sending them to your CRM.
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, fail to pay, or if your use puts Leadvet or others at risk. We will tell you why, and where possible give you a chance to fix the problem first.
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
