For HubSpot and Marketo teams that run events, webinars and syndication

Every lead file clean and consent-checked before it reaches your CRM.

Sales starts outreach in 2 hours, not 2 days.

Drop in badge scans, webinar exports and vendor files. Leadvet fixes the columns, removes duplicates, applies consent rules by country, routes each lead to an owner and tells you which vendors sent junk.

Import Rajesh Kumar, Grab · opt-in under Singapore PDPA · routed to SEA owner

Reject Raj Patel, second copy · same lead twice in one file
Review Jie Chen, Tencent · China needs separate cross-border consent
The problem

After every event, someone spends two days fixing spreadsheets.

And the leads go cold while they do it.

Every file looks different

Badge scanners, webinar tools and vendors all name columns their own way. "work_email", "Email Address", "E-mail". Each import is mapped by hand.

You pay for junk

Test rows, students, competitors, Gmail addresses and the same lead twice. Syndication vendors bill for all of it unless you prove otherwise.

Consent rules change by country

Singapore, Australia, India, Japan, the EU and China each set different terms. One wrong import puts marketing email to people who never agreed to it.

Duplicates break attribution

The same person arrives from the booth, the webinar and a vendor. Without merging, sales gets three records and nobody knows which program worked.

See it run

Six steps from raw file to clean records.

A real run on three sample files: a Singapore summit, an APAC webinar and a syndication vendor. 42 rows go in. Leadvet does the work; you check what it decided and send.

Use cases

Built for the files that arrive outside your forms.

Events and trade shows

Badge scans in sales' hands the next morning

Second scans at the booth merge into one record. Scan notes come along. Hot leads route to the right regional owner.

Webinars

Registrants and attendees, without the duplicates

People already in your CRM are updated, not re-created. Opt-ins without a timestamp go to review instead of your newsletter.

Content syndication

Stop paying for leads you can't use

Every rejected row comes with the rule that rejected it, ready to send to the vendor with your credit request.

Multi-country teams

One import, many privacy laws

Rules for Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the EU, the US and China are applied per lead.

How Leadvet is different

Enterprise lead checks, without the enterprise sales cycle.

CRM cleanup tools fix data that is already in your CRM. Enterprise lead platforms check vendor leads but start with a sales call and an annual contract. Leadvet sits between them: built for the files you import, and ready the day you sign up.

Why not just build it with Clay or n8n?

You can. A good ops person can clean and de-duplicate a CSV with AI in an afternoon. Two things are hard to build and keep running yourself.

Consent decision log

An answer when someone asks why a lead was emailed

An AI step can give a different answer on each run. Leadvet applies fixed rules for each country and records the rule, the outcome and any reviewer's note for every lead, in order, and never edits it. That is the record a privacy team or regulator asks for.

Vendor benchmark

Know if your vendor is bad or just normal

A workflow you build only sees your own files. Leadvet compares each vendor's junk, duplicate and consent rates with anonymised averages across teams, so you can negotiate with numbers. We are building the benchmark with early-access customers.

No upkeep

Still working after the person who built it leaves

Vendors change their columns, your CRM fields change, privacy rules change. We keep the matching and the rules current, so the big event's file still goes through on time.

What it's worth

Leadvet pays for itself in three ways.

Credits back

Vendors bill for invalid, duplicate and off-target leads unless you prove them wrong. Leadvet gives you the proof, row by row, ready to send.

Hours back

Mapping columns, removing duplicates and checking consent by hand takes hours per file. Leadvet does it in minutes, and leads reach sales the same day.

Risk avoided

Emailing people without valid consent can lead to complaints and penalties under privacy laws such as Singapore's PDPA and the EU's GDPR. Leadvet holds them back and logs why.

Most syndication contracts let you reject leads that fail agreed criteria. Check your own contract for what qualifies for a credit.

Net value a month $2,991 About 4× what Leadvet costs
Leadvet pays for itself if your vendors credit 17 rejected leads a month at $60 each.
Time saved assumes Leadvet cuts cleaning to about 15 minutes a file for review. Risk avoided isn't counted.
