Leadvet helps marketing teams check lead files before they reach their CRM. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. It is written with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind. Questions go to hello@leadvet.ai, which also reaches our data protection officer.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Leadvet reads the lead files, CRM exports and do-not-call lists you add on your own device, in your browser. They are not uploaded to us, not stored on our servers and not shared with your vendors or other customers. We never see the names, emails or phone numbers in them.
Lead data stays on your device. Our website hosting and email providers may store website logs and emails outside Singapore; when they do, we use providers that protect them to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Because lead files are processed on your device, they are as secure as the device and browser you use. The website is served over encrypted connections. If a breach ever affects data we hold, we will tell you without undue delay.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to us using it. Email hello@leadvet.ai and we will reply within 30 days. If you are a person named in one of our customers' lead files, contact that customer: we never receive those files, so they hold your data, not us.
If we change how Leadvet handles data, for example when a direct CRM connection is added, we will update this page first and tell customers by email before the change applies.
